Backing Track is a web application that generates backing tracks for musical practice using AI. The Service includes free features with usage limits and paid subscription options for unlimited access.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you may need to provide your email address and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Free and Paid Services

• Free tier: Limited to 5 AI generations per day with basic features
• Pro subscription: Unlimited generations, all instruments, WAV export
• Lifetime access: One-time payment for permanent access to all features

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• Refunds for lifetime purchases may be requested within 7 days if the Service does not work as described
• Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain all rights to the backing tracks you create using the Service
• Our content: The Service, including its code, design, and audio samples, is owned by Backing Track
• You may use generated backing tracks for personal practice, performances, and recordings

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on others' rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its audio samples
• Use automated systems to abuse the free tier limits

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backing Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
