Play only the root on the first beat of each change: F# (bar 1, F#maj7), F# (bar 2, F#7), B (bar 2, beat 3, B7), A# (bar 3, A#m7), D# (bar 3, beat 3, D#7), G# (bar 4, G#m7), C# (bar 4, beat 3, C#7), F# (bar 5, F#maj7), F# (bar 5, beat 3, F#7), B (bar 6, Bmaj7), and so on through the form. Keep counting through every bar that holds the same chord; the form resolves back to F#.
