Play only the root on the first beat of each change: C (bars 1–2, Cm9), F (bar 3, F13), G (bar 4, Gm7), Bb (bar 5, Bbmaj7), F (bar 6, F13), C (bar 7, Cm9), G (bar 8, G7#9). Keep counting through every bar that holds the same chord; the form resolves back to C.
