  1. 1. Find the changes in F Minor

    Play only the root on the first beat of each change: F (bar 1, Fm), Ab (bar 2, Ab), Bb (bar 3, Bbm), C (bar 4, C). Keep counting through every bar that holds the same chord; the form resolves back to F.

  2. 2. Target the guide tones
